Katarina Hodal is one of the NorSec Project Coordinators for this year’s Conference. She is currently completing a master’s in political science at the University of Oslo about the effect of security crises on climate policy, with a particular focus on petro-states. She holds a bachelors degree in development studies from the same university. With climate and security as her areas of interest, Katarina will be an excellent moderator for session three.
