Tormod Heier is Lieutenant Colonel in the Norwegian Army, Director Research and Development at the Command and Staff College/Norwegian Defence University College, Professor-II at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences and Assistant Professor at Swedish Defence University in Stockholm. Heier has previously served in Brigade North, Norwegian Intelligence Service and Norway’s Ministry of defence.
